Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Hart of Dixie Gifts & Decor. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the day the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price, MINUS the shipping charges.

The item(s) must be returned in good condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Your return MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing slip to receive proper credit

If merchandise you ordered arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service at hartofdixiedecor@gmail.com. Let us know what the item is and how it is damaged, also let us know if you want to return it or exchange it for another of the same item.

All payments are through PayPal.

Shipping Information

As of March 1, 2015there is a minimum shipping charge on all orders of $8.00 to all zones.

Our Warehouse is in California, all merchandise ships from here. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for orders to be processed, this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We Ship within the USA and all it's Territories. All orders are sent UPS Ground Insured at no extra cost. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.

West Coast - (3-5 Business Days)
Midwest - (5-7 Business Days)
East Coast - (7-10 Business Days)

Orders up to $75 standard $8.00 Shipping Charge.
9% Sales Tax will be charged to orders being shipped to Alabama and California.

All orders are shipped from our Fontana, CA. warehouse. The East coast will receive the orders in 5-10 business days. The closer you are to California the faster the order will arrive.
